Location: Lockport, Illinois | It depends on what color you want and the quality of painr. $200 Sandblasting $200 Acid etch primer for bare metal $200 Regular primer $200 - $400 for paint Imiron is over $100.00 a gallon Body work extra. I would suggest when you have it painted, have all seems calked. |

Location: Cherokee, Ia | We had our 3 horse stock/combo trailer painted 3 years ago. It's 7x7x16. Had a local paint/body guy do it who also paints mostly semi tractors. Did a great job for about 1800.00,(sandblast,prime etc.) which included a tough clear/armor coat. He also sprayed that bed liner rubber coat on front and under gooseneck, on running boards and fenderwells (add 450.00). That was the best thing to do! My trailer is 15 years old and no rust on the on fenders or runningboards and the clear coat really keeps it shining. It has to sit out in Iowa winters and still looks great! |

Location: Lyons Oregon | a rough idea of the cost really helps because its tempting to buy a trailer that seems like a bargain, it just needs a "face lift" Figuring in the cost of that repair makes the more expensive trailer actually the better buy (in some cases). |
