I am planning a loop trip from Fl to Mt.  I am trying to drive around 4 hrs once a week.  Prefer stalls/pens. I am stuck getting across Ks.

So far going up:  Blackwater,Fl - Utice Al - Bismarck/New Blaine, Ar - Pineville, Mo - Sun City, Ks - ?.  Coming back:  ND,SD, ---- East Fork, Ky - Big South Fork, Tn - Hard Labor, Ga

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Can't help you with your question, but boy that sounds like a great trip.  If you haven't been to Hard Labor Creek, it's quite nice.  However, be sure to have shavings for your stall as they had hard dirt floors when I went.  The camping area is quite nice, close to the barns, and the trails are hilly but very pretty. The deer are incrediably tame and will come quite close to you.  Have a great time.

Try this place, just southeast of Kansas City in MO.

Nice trails, pens for horses and elec/water. I think they close for winter.

There is also a place just north of KC

I have camped at this place and there were pens and water available.

If you are traveling only 4 hours per week, are you riding a whole week at each place you stop? None of the above have enough trails to ride that long.
