Location: Tennessee | Would anyone have any idea as to where you would look for financing of an used living quarters trailer? I already tried Southeast and wanted to search for more lenders to compare rates. The dealers have several lenders that they can use but I don't think they are available to an indiv. person. Looking for ideas......... |

Location: Colorado Springs | I you are buying thru a dealer, you could use their financing, whoever they use.
If you are buying from an individual in a private sale, try your Credit Union, local bank, or an equity loan on your mortgage.
Used trailers are harder to find financing for than brand new ones. |

Location: Tennessee | Thanks for the info. I am really having a hard time trying to find financing that is reasonable. One of the dealers offered me 6.49%, but I would have to buy off of his lot andthat's really a shame since there are so many good used trailers on the net. |

Location: In | I bought mine through my bank. They didn't have a problem with the loan. They didn't even do a check on it and I purchased it from another state. If you are established with your bank I would just talk to them. Good Luck |

Location: Houston, Texas | We just financed through Wells Fargo, a used trailer bought from an individual. They went 15 yrs and we got 7% interest. It was easy with them. |

| You might try National City. They finance used ones. |
