I have been searching for a LQ, 3 horse trailer for about 4 weeks now. I would rather buy a used one if I could but in excellent shape. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what make or what price range I am looking at? I am looking for at least an 8 foot short wall. I would be using it to hunt, train horses and dogs, and to fly fish using it as a camper and the back to haul small boats. I would be hualing off road into some dirt type roads.

Any suggestions on what makes hold up better than others. Also anyone from Washington state have one that might work for me for sale?

I have been dealing on a new Classic, nine foot shortwall.

I'd think your looking at 20K and up depending on the age and overall condition of the trailer. I have some friends that paid 21K for a 94 featherlite  all aluminum LQ trailer. Given its age and shape ( excellent) they did well but I would not have paid more than that. I am not sure if the brand makes a trailer last longer and hold up or the care that had been given the trailer ie- kept in a shed or garage, regular maintence, keeping it cleaned up etc.
