I think this is the corroded wheel speed sensors issue.

My sister and her fiance have a 2002 chevy silverado thats a recall, but they are being stupid idiots and wont take it to the dealer. But how dumb can they be, i mean if it was my truck, it would have been in the minute i saw the recall on yahoo news. I wouldn't want to drive it around knowing that my abs brakes could fail me. I would rather have it fixed for free and know it works then take the chance ever day and hope it works right.
