You didn't say any thing about the year and general condition of your truck so I will state the obvious just in case it would be of help or at least peace of mind. Are the tires rated at least "D" load range? Are they in good shape? Do you keep them properly inflated/balanced/rotated? Do you keep your oil & filter changed at proper intervals? Is it full? Is your air filter clean? If it a gasser do your spark plugs & wires need to be replaced? Has your cooling system been flushed on schedule? Is it full and correct mixture? Is it time for hoses & belts to be replaced? You mentioned installing brake system on trailer, how are the brakes on truck? trailering will cause excessive wear on them and they need to be in good shape. Is the truck suspension in good shape? Shocks/springs/steering componets? If any of these are weak or too light of duty, the added weight of trailer could cause you loss of control. That's a partial list, without knowing year/milage no need to keep on and on like drive train/u joints/rear end lube change ect. You did ask about tranny cooler, most 1/2 don't come with one (other than in radiator) unless you have tow package. Even those aren't much. Check the link below for real cooling protection, you are going to need it.
