Location: Cold Spring, KY | My AAA membership is about to expire and I'm about to "jump ship" to US Rider. Any new experiences with them? Good or Bad? Thanks for any feedback. |

Location: Decatur, Texas | I don't think you'll be disappointed. I belonged to AAA for over 20 years and was very reluctant to change but did. When we needed US Rider for road help (on a holiday weekend) they came through with absolutely no problems. I'll never be without them. |

| It is something I keep meaning to finish researching.
I have the sense that AAA works everywhere, I don't YET know if USRider is as "Nation Wide", at a guess they both sub out the actual work to the same set of local tow trucks and breakdown services.
I still havn't checked on the rumor about AAA not responding to DRW truck owners, even if you have their RV membership.

Location: Tenn/Ala. | USRider also maintains a list of emergency contacts such as vets, overnight stabling, and several other things geared directly to horse hauling. And they cover both the truck AND trailer. Feedback I've heard has been great so far. RTSmith Select Trailer |

Location: Coconut Creek, FL | US Rider is GREAT. My truck got stuck and the first they asked was "did I have my horses with me?" I didn't but they are prepared to find overnight boarding, vets, etc if necessary. The tow truck driver was very nice and was there within 25 minutes. Two other friends of mine that have needed them had great experiences as well. I highly recomend them to anyone that tows a trailer. |

| I had a positive experience with US Rider. I was not towing a trailer at the time. At around 10:15 a night, the cam sensor on my Ford F-350 diesel failed. I called US Rider. The operator was helpful, and appropriate sized tow truck came promptly and the operator called me within 45 minutes to make sure that I had been taken care of adequately. |
