What must the tow vehicle have to connect to this and where can I get it? How would that part connect to existing truck assembly?

I thought that a Brenderup hook to the tow vehicla the same a regular trailer but the break work off the hitch the light work of the puge of the truck

It has a regular ball hook up, but also this thing. Haven't picked trailer up yet, but seller sent this.
