| Hello,
I recently purchased a 2018 Featherlite 8541 4 horse. When I got it home and had help, I pulled out the mats and discovered some pitting and corrosion on the floor. Also, on the seams of where the matts where I found approximately 10 pin holes, all smaller than a dime. I drilled out the holes to clean aluminum and then acid washed the floor. What do I do for the safest repair? I am stressed out and afraid I got shafted on the trailer. I sent the dealer pictures, and they told me that it is minimal corrosion and after the cleaning just bed line it with herculiner and put the mats back in. What's everyone else's thoughts? | |
