I have an older Equalizer AM series that is not working correctly. I'd like to take it in to get serviced or replaced, but the manual crank is not working. Based on the documentation and videos - there should be some sort of red knob here to turn to release the pressure. As you can see, I don't have anything red on this part.

I don't know if something is broken off or missing. Anyone know what I need to do to get this thing on the truck?

Call EQ systems, their customer service dept is great on trouble shooting problems.  800-846-9659.  I think Kevin is the guy in tech support.  Very knowledgable.  There should be a lever that pulls/pushes that make the manual change directions.  Don't know about the "red."

The leveler is on the other side of the jack from this picture. Level works, but it only goes up. I need it to come down.

I'll try Equalizer customer service again. They were not very helpful previously.
