I have a 2004 featherlite 3 horse slant load weekender with a aluminum floor. Whoever owned the trailer before me did not take care of it at all. There are a couple of nickel sized holes in the floor in the second stall up by the head and at the butt of the stall. At what point should I consider replacing this floor? I usually clean the trailer out every 6 months and coat floor with baking soda. Holes have not become worse in the 2 years I have owned it, but want to know if I should be worried.

Just my opinion- but if it hasn't gotten any worse in 2 years, and there seems to be good structure to it, I wouldn't be concerned. You'll often find holes in random places in a trailer floor for whatever reason. As long as there's good material around it you should be fine.
