Subject: Collapsible Rear Tack Question

Location: MO		 Does anyone know what the rubber thing that hangs down from the ceiling in the rear tack area of an Exiss trailer is called?  Mine needs to be replaced.  I can't pull it down at all to secure the folded segment of the rear tack when collapsed.  My husband can barely do it.  I think it is so old it has lost any stretch it may have had.
