Location: Colorado | ...  Baby oil! Rub it on your hands for a minute or two then wash with soap.  Works really well. Today I'm installing new vent covers (drilling and caulking).  No caulking in my hair yet, but there is still daylight to burn. Happy Trails, Michelle |

Location: North of Detroit, MI | It's amazing what oil will take care of. I've used it to clean paint brushes (veggie oil, then liquid dish soap) too, and more paint spills. Rubbing alcohol works on removing adhesive. |

Location: Colorado | Hey, thanks for the tip.  I always automatically think of using a nasty solvent, these options are MUCH nicer!   Michelle

  | It might be a better idea to just not get it IN your hair ?

This is a bit like the hangover cure question.

Location: Colorado | Hi Reg, Yeah, suuuuure. :-)  The problem arose from putting in caulking in a joint I'd missed in the nose of the LQ, and then installing the insulation panels.  The panels are really static-y, which caused my hair to stand straight up and get into a little caulking!  DOHT!!! Happy Trails, Michelle (it was late at night and there might have been a beer involved, but just one) |
