| I'm here in the Dallas area and looking for a close trailer conversion place that won't charge me a arm and a leg. Got a sofa in my horse trailer now and want to take it out and go with a dinette table and booth, Thanks Jlw15 |

Location: Lone Oak, Tx | Hi jlw15 and welcome.
I know of only one place that relatively close (they are in Seguin,Tx) and that's this place http://www.countryrv.org/Horse_Trailer_Conversions.html
Or you can try and call Tracy at Sundowner of Texas and see if she can't recommend anyone.
Me, I'm building my own. http://community.webshots.com/album/249894336QCbeHT
Hope this helps.

Location: Decatur, Texas | There's also one in Stephenville (southwest of Ft. Worth) - Outlaw Conversions I've seen their work and it looks really great. I have a friend who has a Hart with the Outlaw interior. She is really happy with it. You can do a google search on "Outlaw Conversions" to locate their contact information. |

| Yes Outlaw conversions does do a great job there just a little rich for my blood they want over a thousand dollars and that was quoted to me over a year ago so i'm sure they have even gone up since everything else has, I found a place in McGregor which is Duster Camper that quoted me $650 also a year ago so i called them and asked for a price in todays market since now i'm ready to do it, I was just hoping there was something alittle closer but i haven't found one yet. Thanks Much jlw15 |

Location: Lone Oak, Tx | The one we have is a retractable screen like this http://www.hidnscreen.com/ I've also put the pictures back in my webshots page if you want to check that out again. It looked fairly easy to install, but I had the dealer put it in and if I'd of known they were putting in something like that I'd of done it myself. It retracts into a roller that is attached to the door frame and the screen runs on tracts top and bottom and has a latch on the opposite side to keep it closed. They couldn't put in a regular screen cause our trailer has a full size door. I actually like it better than a regular screen door. Hope this helps.

Todd

Sorry I haven't answered you sooner. I would check out Home Depot or Lowes first. I would think they would carry something like this that would work. I don't know how much they are though.
Yvette,
Yup, you need to catch up. My plans are to be pretty much finished by July. I have me 12v installed now. http://community.webshots.com/photo/249894336/325467901FcqvEP
