Hello,

I had a question about a trailer that we are looking into purchasing:

A Merhow Equistar 2 hr bp straight load that is 7'6 high and 6'2 wide. My horse is a big built warmblood gelding about 17hh at 4 years old; so he will get wider as he gets older.

Would this trailer be suitable for my wamblood?

You might want to look at some trailers that are built specifically for the bigger warmblood  horses.  There are a number of manufacturers that offer them.  Normally they are 6'8" wide (6" makes a lot of difference), 7'6" or 7'8" inside height, and a little longer in the total stall length.  I can give you some brand names, etc. if you want to e-mail me privately.
