I have owned my trailer for approximately 3 years. When I purchased it the previous owners had just installed vinyl plank flooring. Over time this floor begain to buckle. We removed the flooring to find the plywood beneath was wet and delaminated. We will have to find a way to install new subfloor but have not been able to find the leak. The pump, shower, water lines, water tank, water heater, toilet all good.
What about the refregerator? Does it need to drain? Norcold 4.5,. no drain that we can see. Is it possible to have a roof leak that runs behind the wall? Ceiling and walls don't show any damage.
Any advice would be appreciated.
