Location: canada | Has anyone used any of the Flex seal products to seal and fix leaking roof vents? I've already painted the entire roof w/elastomeric paint twice, yet that was a few years ago and it seems that unless I paint it again every year the roof vents leak. I'd prefer to not have to replace the roof vents although if it won't be too much $ I might consider trying to fit that into my budget. |
