So the under manger storage in my Elite can get pretty hot as there is no ventilation for it.  The lawn chair, rug etc gets musty smelling.   I am thinking that I could cut a hole in the wall between the manger and the rear tack compartment for air exchange.
Thoughts?  Any reason I should not do this?  Better ideas?

Location: Tenn/Ala.		Some manufacturers did not close that wall in- it was open all the way. Many Kiefers and Exiss were that way. So I'd think you'd be fine adding some ventilation holes.
