We purchased this trailer for our daughter a couple of years ago and really don't know anything about it, which is now a problem trying to register it! Can anyone tell by the picture what kind of trailer this is? Also, what are some of the locations I may locate a VIN? My best guess is it is from the late 1970s. Thanks for any help!

No, I didn't get either of those things and that time it was being used out in the country off any main roads. Now she wants to pull him in the city so I need a tag.

Go to your DVM and beg for help. If they can't give you any way out you might try and sell it then buy something with proper paperwork. You may find that you have a stolen trailer if you didn't get any paperwork with it. Good luck, you'll need it.

Why didn't you register it when you bought it? I suppose you live in one of those states with casual trailer tagging rules... How have you been insuring it?...Under the tow vehicle only?
