Location: Idaho Falls, ID | I have a 1957 Miley (yep its old). I want to remove the rear center post. The trailer divider was cut out by previous owner and I basically use it like a stock trailer since my horse doesn't tie. Every post says its needed for the structurally integrity so don't remove it. They made old horse trailers without it. My question is what structure changes/adds do I need to make in order to remove it and still have the integrity needed. Yes, I will also have to change the rear door to a one piece single door also. Horse trailer is about 2 hours from me right now I will get some photos when I can. |
