On a week end ride and the a.c. seems to have quit. My Elite trailer is a 2007 model. Is that about right for needing Freon? I cleaned the filters and turned it off for awhile in case the dirty filters had caused it to ice up. Could something else be the problem?

I washed off the top of the trailer before I left but I don't know where on the top unit where a potential problem might be. I ha several wasp nests in various places. Would there be a place on it that might be a problem?

you do not say if it just does not get cold or the electric fan is not working?? if the unit runs can you hear the difference in it when and if the compressor kicks in??

under the cover is a set of fins that need to be clear....don't poke with anything hard...they are delicate and easily damaged. squirt water/mr.clean or something like that.
