Location: md | Can I just replace the outlet pipe? The straps,holding the outlet broke when I hit a pothole.. Tank is not damaged. |

Location: Florida | Should be able to, but the amount of work will depend on whether the outlet pipe is glued or clamped to the tank fitting. Have seen them both ways. Glues are pretty permanent, but can be separated with enough effort. If your outlet pipe from the tank is long enough to cut and splice it, that will also make the job easier. Again the amount of effort will depend on your actual configuration. Might also want to check the inlet pipe to the tank if the tank also dropped when the straps broke. |

Location: western PA | It will depend on the tank material. ABS is easy to repair, polypropylene is not. ABS solvents and materials are available at big box stores and many hardware shops. The internet has various sources for the poly repairs, most common glues are ineffective. |

Location: Mena, AR | I was able to repair the neck on both of my holding tanks using Plasti-Mend ABS Plastic Repair kit. $38.93 on Amazon. One neck was just a little broke off, the all the way. The first was easy and I got it on the first try. The second one, I didn't get it sealed right and had to try several times. This stuff is nasty to work with but much better than replacing the tank. I added extra hangers to my tank necks to hopefully keep it from happening again. |

Location: El Paso, Texas | Go to Lowes and get a 3 inch rubber connector with 2 hose clamps (or whatever size your pipe is) Cut the pipe where it's broke, insert rubber connector, done. Had to do the same to mine, now it's got some flex to it. |
