Location: Magnolia Ark | I bought a used sidekick. No manual and the lights outside and inside back where horses go do not work, I have no idea what I am doing! Can anyone advise? Thank you |

Location: Los Angeles, Ca. | Assuming you have found a switch, the lights need 12v, probably from your truck. Try turning on the lights with the trailer plugged in. Wiring at the plugs needs to be correct also in order for everything to work properly. |

Location: Williamsburg VA | If you have a Ford truck, the key must be on for there to be power to the auxiliary lights. |

Location: western PA | If you have a Ford diesel, the truck must be running to feed the stall and exterior lighting circuits. They are not powered by the LQ's batteries or converter. Either way, running or stationary, the lighting circuit is powered from the B+ pin on the trailer plug. |
