That # you posted looks like a lense code number. Do you see anything in the link I've posted that looks like your light? Is it a marker, stop/tail/turn signal light, load light, etc...? Your picture no workie..

Your local truck stop will probably have what you're looking.

EBay has hundreds of light assemblies for sale if you can't find anything locally. You also may consider a conversion to a newer LED replacement, which looks like and replaces the older bulb styles.

Sometimes it's easier to replace the whole assy, rather than messing with older light bases, corroded bulb sockets and missing parts. It also allows you to reseal the base to the trailer, which is often a source of roof leakes.

Any autoparts store, Orschelens or Tractor Supply should have that, it's just a sealed reverse light.

This is the exact light you need... http://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Lights/Optronics/BU70CB.html to make it easier for you, any truck stop, napa (hit and miss with other auto parts stores) and so on will have them in stock... 5.00 to 7.00 each (yes it plugs in, no bulb replacement, whole assembly is replaced).
