Location: Oak Ridge, NC | I plan on going to look at one this weekend. Does anyone know of anything that I should be aware of when I check this trailer out? I am talking about anything specific to Bison trailers or trailers with slides. Thanks. |

Location: suffolk | We went shopping last week for a 3H Bison trailer, and the dealer carried also Kiefer Built trailers, after checking the Quality of the LQ, We decided to go for the Kiefer Trailer.
The Bison trailers are nice, but the Quality of the Kiefer was a step up compared to the Bison.

Location: Oak Ridge, NC | I have looked at both. The Bison has all but one of my must haves. Is there any reason I should not consider a Bison or is there any issues with Bison that I should be aware of when I go look at it? |

Location: Ohio | Being a 2006, look for how it was maintained. All trailers can have issues. Look for water leaks specifically. Make sure there are no cracks by the cabinets and how they are connected to the walls. Those are the only things I have heard about Bison. Generally I would look at any welds, floor in the horse trailer, hinges and windows. Look in less obvious places like underneath and under the counters in cabinets. These are areas that can hide issues. I know people who have had Bison and loved them and others had the issues I mentioned above. |

Location: suffolk | We did'n care for the small step up to the bed area, the open cook top and the flimsy cabinets, Bathroom area......Thats why we decided for the Kiefer.
