Bought a 2007 Bloomer this year and love it except for the windows that crank out on the bottom.  Has anyone ever replaced them?  I was wondering if getting the crank area modified to be a slide would work.

Thanks,

Nancy!

Measure the window opening and see if a replacement sliding window from the many internet sales will fit. It's usually not hard to replace a window if the sizes are the same.

Some window glass areas can be replaced with polycarbonite (Lexan). It is easily worked with common woodworking tools and is stronger than many glass units.
