Location: Missouri		So by reading the article Bob Redmond is saying, because of the officers incompetence, you should pay for a CDL license when you are not required to have it. Well that's a great line of thinking! Thanks a lot dumb Bob. No I think I'll continue my way, if I'm ever stopped and the question of CDL comes up, I'll show the officer the print out off the federal motorcarrier website that states as a private individual I'm not required to have a CDL. Then if the officer continues to push the issue, I guess I'll have my day in court and a paycheck. I think I'll add that article to my packet I keep in my truck.
