We have a broken hinge on a drop down window, Kiefer, 24x24 window. It's the piano hinge type , a 2005 Genisis 340x , I believe . Kiefer has sent the wrong hinge twice now and I don't have much faith they can get the right one???? I have provided the vin. number and the model number with no success. I can't even find a 24x24 drop down replacement window. It seems like that may be an odd size now.

Any suggestions??

Thanks but its not quite that simple. There are separate tabs for the window and the bars that rotate off the same hinge, meaning some long tabs and some longer tabs specifically designed for the drop down window with bars up or down as you want .

That's a possibility, i had a dealer suggest that. The break is right at the barrel part so I'm not sure, but I will take it to a welder to see if it can be done. Just one tab broken

Thanks a bunch

My guess is a good fabricator can repair this rather easily.
