Location: Coconut Creek, FL | My trailer has the traditional battery that you have to add distilled water to every now and then. I find it inconvenient and difficult to guage how full it is without a mirror, flashlight, etc Ihave heard there are gel marine batteries. Do these work well? I would much prefer low maintenance as I don't always remember to check it as often as I should. |

Location: Lander WY | I will install 2 6 volt Lifeline AGM (absorbed glass mat) batteries in a series in my LQ. Combining 2 6- volt batteries give you more amp hour capacity than a single 12 volt battery. I will have 220 amp hours versus 75 amp hours on a single 12 volt battery.AGM batteries are the way to go- |

Location: Coconut Creek, FL | I checked online and those Lifeline batteries are really pricey. I have a quiet Honda generator which I use to recharge or run the micro, etc. My LQ is only a 5' short wall, 2H, so one battery has been sufficient for the past 6 years.
I'm just tired of having to add water to the battery as it's not convenient to get to the opening, etc |

Location: Lander WY | Lifeline are very pricey- Other manufactures make AGM batteries. Optima is a spiral wrap of the glass mat, they are a good battery. Check out >>>>>http://www.bestconverter.com They have very competitive pricing, with tons of knowledge on RV electrical components.
