I'm looking to buy another horse trailer. Currently I have a 16' steel Cornpro brand. Gooseneck, straightload, stepup, interior height is 6'6". Very simple setup, 2 8' box stalls. What I want is something a little bigger and lighter. I'll be hauling 3 to 4 horses most of the time so I want something more like 18' long and at least 7' high, goosneck, straightload, stepup, no LQ or dressing room, no internal partitions, Just 2 9' box stalls. my budget is 10,000 max. The truck I haul with is a 2008 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado with the heavy transmission and tow package.

I'm leaning more towards the aluminum or newer materials that provide strength but are lighter than steel. Does anyone have any info on what brands offer an 18' stocktype, well constructed trailer and like the details of said brand? Any info, suggestions, experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Elite. Cleaner fit & finish than probably any other available product. But won't fit your budget I don't think.
