Horse Trailer World does not email you and ask for your password to verify your new ad . . . or for any other reason for that matter.  These are "phishing" schemes meant to hijack your ad.

If they get your password they simply change the contents of your ad to suit themselves and enter a really low price to lure buyers looking for that "too good to be true" ad.
