All my electrical equipment on the trailer is 12v, with deep cycle battery.

I am looking for a battery controller that will handle:

110v input,,  Solar panel input, 12v input (from truck connection)

Do they make such a thing?  All the solar controllers I looked at did not have a way to add 110v or the truck connection.
