Location: western PA | Is the black trim a caulking or a beading material inserted during assembly? If it's a caulking, it can easily be renewed with new materials, preferably using marine products that have a life span much longer than three years. |

Location: Northern CA | My trailer is an 06 Monarch Classic and I noticed this last winter it started leaking around the tack door. I realized it was the trim ( black vinyl trim) that needs to be replaced. Also leaking around the windows now too. Guess the rubber is old and has shrunk? So, I am in the same boat as you! Time to replace all the rubber/vinyl |
