Location: cleburne texas | I wanted to take a camping vacation with my daughter before she left for college and a friend offered to let me use his three horse trailer with weekend pkg. I pull a bumper pull now but have pulled a gooseneck in the past, but not near this long! I have a 3/4 ton Ford Super Duty that has the gooseneck hitch, hooked up, loaded up, and off we went for three nights and four glorious days in the Texas Heat. I was terrified of pulling it, turning the corners, going under trees, stopping, etc etc. We had a wonderful time, no problems at all, and now I want to upgrade so badly, and after using this trailer, I have a better idea of what I would want in my own trailer. That walk thru door is a must have (along with the AC), cabinet placements, and other things, I would have to find what is comfortable. moral of my story: if you want it, go for it, you just don't know what you can do until you try. |

Location: cleburne texas | Hope everyone is enjoying the summer with family and horses. I enjoyed my little vacation with my daughter, who is now off in college, and now mom is going to enjoy another trip in the trailer, which is still setting at my house (I love having good friends). Going next Friday for another two night camping trip! Going a little further from home to a new place, and meeting some other friends there. Looking forward to it! |

Location: high desert, CA. | Lou;If you decide to really leave your zone....come on out to Calif., and we will camp along the beach and ride the wild surf!! Glad you have found your comfort area is not as compact as you thought, and really, we can camp along the beach and ride in the surf here. That is if ole "Gov Moonbeam", lets the parks and recreation have some money. |
