Location: PA | Have a DR 2500 diesel shortbed currently pulling a 2002/3 3H 5' shortwall LQ Exiss Event Weekender. I love the Exiss but getting older and would like more LQ space. I am looking for a new 2H LQ GN Alum 7'W x 7- 7'6H. Trailer manufacturers have changed so much over the years I am not sure which to look at. I know the conversion company can make or break the trailer. Any experience on recent (2010 - 2012) trailer manufacturer? EBY, 4STAR JAMCO are they still the premium trailers? any others? What about BLUE RIBBON, SHADOW, Lakota and smaller manufacturers |

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas | I have heard that the newest 4-Star trailers are not up to the same quality of construction that they used to be.. I would look at a Hart (year 2000 up) or an Elite, platinum, C&C, cimmaron, (as well as an older 4-star) from years "97 - fairly recent. C&C, is of course, out of business, but they still have older quality trailers out there. |

Location: Indiana | I can't send you a PM - my screen freezes up every time I try. I have a 2 horse Platinum/Outlaw demo that we have listed here on HTW. Beautiful trailer with very low miles and hardly any horse time in the horse compartment. Give us a call if you'd like more info on it. http://www.horsetrailerworld.com/home/trailerdetail.asp?ID=383401 |
