Location: Noblesville, IN | We have a 1993 Featherlite and are looking for bolt on bars or netting to keep the horse’s head inside when the windows are dropped down. Does anyone have any recommendations and where they can be purchased? |

Location: Texas | I have some that are put on with footmans loops, and the screen velcros to the loops. Mine have center zippers, but I have found I never have the need to get to their heads, so I may have done with with the type that do not open up in the center. Be sure to measure your windows, as not all screens are the same size. Then, google "horse trailer window screens". Lots of hits when I just checked under google shopping. Prices from $15 to $30 or so (each) |

Location: North Salem, IN | I don't have bars on my windows either. I bought screens from horse.com. simple instalation and they do the trick. I did not get the kind that have zippers and have never needed them in the 5 years I've had the screens installed.

Location: western PA | Screens do work well and are fairly easy to install. They do block a lot of the air flow, but do a good job of protecting the horses' faces. We like the zippered screens best, but use both styles. As was previously posted, take a measurement of the windows before the screen order is placed. There are several different window sizes being used by the various manufacturers. |
