Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota | I just got my bill from State Farm Ins for my 2011 Exiss Sport 400. It was $171 for six months. I think that is rather high for a horse trailer without a living package. Any comments? |

Location: Texas | I have comp, collision and contents ($2500 worth) on my $10,000 trailer, and its $160 every 6 months.
I accidentally dropped the tires on my last trailer off on the edge of the road in a drainage ditch, sheered the tires off the axles, and trailer was a total loss. Insurance paid, no questions asked. BUT, I only had $4000 coverage. Thought that was enough until I went to replace it. Make sure you have your trailer insured enough to replace |

What is involved in your policy?
My non-LQ C&C 2+1 Horse trailer is $185/year which includes 1 million liability coverage and comprehensive with $100 deductible and collision with $500 deductible thru Nationwide Agribusiness. |

Location: illinois | This is very interesting we have a 2007 2 horse 4 Star. When we insured it with State Farm they just asked our purchase price. Since then we have added a weekend pkg.(no bath). Just received our bill it is $52.00 every 6 month. |

Location: Texas | I had a friend who had her trailer ripped off, out of her front driveway. She had ALL her tack in it, which added up to a huge expense. but, she did not have it insured for "contents". Her loss.
And after finding I was under insured on my last trailer when it was totaled, I made sure I have it covered for about what it would take to replace it. |
