I currently own a 2004 Sundowner 727 (Sunlite) that we have just replaced floor in due to a lot of holes.  Sundowner replaced this free of charge as it was still under warranty.  After some research, I learned that the 04's and 05's have had major complaints with this issue.   I do like this trailer but was disappointed as there is also significant rust on the frame but then this is a trailer that has a steel frame.  The one I am looking at is a 2000 all aluminum Sundowner with a full l.q.  Just wondering if anyone has had any experience/complaints with this year.

You might want to post this on the "trailer" forum as it gets readers and commenters that relate just to trailers. Some of them don't look at the camp/trail forum all that much,I don't think.
