Looking for information on a gentleman named Bill Gulley.

I was told by the dealer that originally ordered and sold my 1998 C&C 2h LQ trailer, that he thought this individual had installed the LQ. Haven't been able to locate him other than an ad on "Roping Horse World" for a C&C trailer that he recently sold. Very similar interior finishes. Tried email to ad address, but no reply. Can anyone give me any info on this gentleman and did he do LQ's for a living?
