We are putting 1” ‘soft’ mats in our 2004 CM trailer under the existing rubber mats.  When we pulled the rubber mats, the aluminum planking was overall in good shape; however there are some small white spots in a few areas. We have only had wooden floors prior to buying this trailer; I assume that is corrosion or the beginning of it.  What is the best way to treat/protect that flooring?
