Location: Mena, AR | I'm nearly finished with my second weekender project. The first one cost me about $4,500. Sink, Homedepot shower, Port-a-potty, insulated, walls. Pretty basic. The oneI'm about done with is going to come in around $6K. Biggest cost was 2-way fridge and installation. This one has a combo shower/potty, cabinets, sink, and fabric wall coverings. 5' short wall. I changed my mind a couple of times on how I was going to do something, so if you can firm up your plans and stick to them, it could cost you less than it did me. |

Location: Coconut Creek, FL | Welcome Bany! This site often has used trailers for sale and would be alot easier than converting. Also check ocala4sale.com, and the various trailer resellers. I can email you a list. Be sure to get one with propane that runs your fridge, hot water heater, and cooktop - you don't want all electric or the fridge is basically a cooler. |
