Hello, I know this is an old post but I just ran across it.  I don't believe this cabin and barn in located in the state forest area or close to bridle trails.  Hocking Hills would probably be 45 minute drive to the trail head in the state forest.  There is the Wayne National Forest on SR 93 but you need a pass from the state to ride there with additional fees for your horse and some of the trails are shared with bikes, etc.  If you are looking for primative camping with your horse, try the Hocking Hills horse camp.  There are a few private campgrounds but you need your own trailer or tent.  Hope this information helps some.
