Location: wa | Looking for info on these trailers. If people like them, etc. I see they make some steel and some alum. models. Was wondering peoples experiences with them. Thanks. |

Location: Ottawa, Illinois 61350 | S&H is now owned by Big Tex trailers; and they build both steel and aluminum skinned/steel framed trailers. The plant is located in Madill, OK. and lays right next to the CM trailer plant, which is also owned by Big Tex. Reputable product that has been around for awhile. t |

Location: Valentine, NE | Had several older steel ones ('79 and '86). Both where ok. Sure not top of the line, but not bottom either. No problems with either. The '86 2 horse side by side was a little small for >15.2 horses. The '79 stock went thru it all, and several floors, but never had any axle/lights/brake/frame/cracks issues on either one. Ended up giving the '79 away as it was about as rusted out as one could get. Could only get $200 for trade in (salvage). Guy I gave it to replaced the sheet metal, another floor, the wires and it is back on the road. Pretty good for +30 year old ranch trailer IMO-still original axles/brake/frame/windows/trim/roof but on it's 3rd paint job.
