Does anyone have any suggestions? Our 4star living quarter trailer door will not open from outside or inside. We can get in from the stall part and I have removed the inside of the latch off but can't see anything wrong and I cannot remove the whole unit it seem like it is stuck. Any help would be great!

Do you have the two key door latch?...one for the deadbolt and one for the handle lock? When you removed the inner part of the latch could you see a dead bolt?

I removed the inside door part and I cannot remove the outside part and it seems like something, possibly the dead bolt holding it in and not letting me remove the whole unit?
