Location: SW PA		I am looking to purchase a new trailer that has been manufactured by one of the companies that went out of business during the recent financial crisis. Therefore it does not have a warranty. I am looking for an alternative type of insurance to protect myself in case I purchase a lemon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is called self-insurance...by making the initial purchase price low enough to allow you to fix whatever happens to be bad
