We had a 2004 four horse with two slides. Loved it but never used it to it's full potential so we sold it and got a smaller Bloomer that we can negotiate mountain roads with better.

I feel JDS was ahead of their time with side tack door and first stall "butt side" escape door. This allowed for 4 mangers worth of storage and the escape door was next to the LQ entry so with the pass through door, there was a nice mud room.

Some of their shorter trailers had the bathroom next to the bed area which made a "hallway" to the bed. Very nice for privacy. This coupled with the kitchen on the slant wall gave a large living/dining area especially with a slide or two.

Some "extra" extras we had were power awning, surround sound, solar panel and remote black/gray water handles which made it way too nice.

The trailer hauled exceptionally well and was built like a tank.

This has re-kindled my thoughts about the trailer. I kinda miss the old gal.

Wow!! It sounds like yours is a little different than ours, however we are enjoying ours very much. We don't have an escape door or walk thru. but the living area is quite nice with two slides. It is quite a load to pull but we don't go too far very often. It's our first fully contained trailer. Do you recall what you paid for yours? I've hear JDS is a high quality, high price trailer. Just wondering if we got a deal or not. Thanks for your response.
