I'd like a temporary, removable stud wall on my first stall divider. Anyone ever made their own?

I use a piece of plywood (actually particle board becuase it was cheaper)in which I drilled 2 small holes and then used 24 inch ties to connect to my first slant. It works well and in my opinion it actually looks very nice and I am picky about how things look.

Can you weld? If so,can you weld aluminum? Because you can almost fabricate a factory duplicate for yourself...
