| We went to Caney Mountain Horsecamp, Labor Day weekend. OMG, we had the best time. Although, the camp is primitive, it is very nice, with horse water and a very nice shower house. They also have some nice sleeping rooms for rent very reasonable. Theresa and Charles are given a ten for hospitality. The trails are some of the best we have ever rode in Arkansas and you don't have to ride far to get to the good stuff. It is a long way in there on the gravel road, but we made it fine pulling our 42 ft trailer. Can't wait to go back. |

| Shelton's nearby is also really nice,if you ever run out of room there. They have hookups and 2 really nice cabins and new shower/bath facilities also.

Location: Western Ar | Glad you enjoyed it; but don't brag to much; like it the way it is. they are wonderful people, to bad Bootsie wasn't there but he is back and his test were fine. You can't beat Shaun either if you want the amenties and all the pampered stuff but the main advantage to Charles and teresa's place they are in the middle of the wildneress area and you can ride out 360 degrees and not have to ride in on the same trails. there southern trails tie into Shauns Northern trails. Either place its a winner. |

Location: Western Ar | This area might not appeal to some people it is quite rugged. we found that if the weather is right it is a whole lot cheaper to run generators/solar to charge battery's and stay at Charles and teresa's if your set up to boondock., If it is warm and AC is needed we stay at Shauns. Classygirl did you all ride down into the caves. Lol; Charles philosphy is if you can walk it you can ride it and if you got the nerve he will show you, but they normally keep everything as safe as possibile. |

Location: Western Ar | One more note if you are going into Caney Mountain once you start On Rand Road (FR1118) call before you go on in and Bootsie will hold oncoming Horse trailer traffic. It is a Forest service road with Pull outs and in places you will not be able to let trailer traffic by. The road is by some people's standards primitive but if you take your time it is no problem. |
