I'm in the process of repairing the ramp on my 2 horse trailer. The wood in the ramp is going to need to be replaced. However, there is a lip around the wood so I don't see how the wood can be replaced without having someone to remove the lip and then replace it after the wood has been replaced. Any suggestions?

You got it figured out.... Welds will have to be cut/ground off, metal surfaces cleaned and prepared for paint, new plywood installed, metal retainer lip strips rewelded into place and finish painting....
