Location: Columbia, KY | So like an idiot I locked myself out of the car when I got to work last week... only problem I work the midnight shift and finding a locksmith at that time would have been big bucks. I called US Rider - they had someone out with in 30 minutes and it didn't cost a thing! that alone paid for my membership this year- pretty cool! |

Location: Paige, Tx | I've always been pleased the FEW times I've had to call them. A friend was "stranded" in the middle of nowhere, New Mex last yr and didn't have US Rider. He called me and I called them. They very happily helped him just like he belonged BUT of course he paid. That was above and beyond!!! |

Location: NY | I have used them to fix a flat on the trailer and it was great. I also call them to help somebody out to find a tow truck for them they were very nice I got the phone number and gave it to them |

Location: southcentral pennsylvania | As Cavalry reenactors, we were at New Market, Va battle field for an event this weekend. The rain held off till after the last battle, and the heavens opened up. The four wheel drive in our truck decided not work, and the rig was mired in deep mud. Called US Rider, and in 40 minutes our rescuers were on the scene. Pretty neat how they did it. Took a BIG Uniloader off a rollback. It had a platform with a winch unit on the front. Worked well. No additional charge. Membership paid for and then some! Brenda Brenda |

Location: Columbia, KY | I joined about 5 yrs. ago after the clutch in my truck broke then found out ( the hard way) our towing insurance didn't include a horse trailer. Luckily I was only a few miles from home and a friend hooked up to the trailer and pulled it back here. I called US Rider as soon as I got into the house and joined. funny, the couple times I've had to use it was driving the car but it's sure worth the peace of mind knowing they're gonna help out if I have trouble while hauling the horses. |

Location: Arkansas | We have used them several times at various locations........very friendly, earnest, understood the situation with trailers and animals aboard..........they will also work on duallys and also bring diesel to the out of fuel........checked the fine print on our prior auto travel insurance and they did not do anything with livestock trailer types, or duallys or diesel..........also U S Rider called back and made sure our help got there, and that they were satisfactory.... |

Location: Seattle "pshaw, its not raining hardly at all!" WA | just bought my first trailer and joined up to USRider on the recommendations of folks here. I figure its pretty much guarentees I wont ever need 'em, and I'm ok with that. interestingly, its less money per year than my old AAA+ membership, so I'm going to let that lapse. USRider covers my regular car too, any kind of truck or car I'm riding in is covered, whether its mine or not. sweet! |

WA | if by "average charge" you mean the amt you pay to join the system, that is a flat rate, regardless of where you live, what vehicle or how many vehicles. the average charge for repairs, etc is based on the market standard for your area, from what I understand. check out their website for more details... http://www.usrider.org/index2.html |

Location: southcentral pennsylvania | For my "mired in the mud" they said the recovery would not exceed my $200 limit, so, no charge! I did not know my limit - did not read the policy carefully, but would not have made a difference in my purchasing of it. Brenda |

Location: Columbia, KY | I know they'll tow the first 100 miles for free.. truck and trailer, car, whatever the US rider member is driving, even if it's someone else's vehicle. don't think there is ANY other insurance company that has that kind of coverage. |

Location: beaumont texas | If the truck needs repair, do they help find a place for the horses to stay while truck is being repaired? I believe there are one or two other companies like this, (seems that AQHA recommends one), so I was just wondering if anyone had used any other similar companies and what if their experiences with the other company/companies was as good as US Rider? |
